Tosi Service Portal - How to get started
With Tosibox Service Portal Tosibox Customers and Partners are able to review their contract, create orders, submit technical support tickets with tracking and access the Tosibox Knowledge base including additional resources like partner marketing materials.
Access by login on Tosi Service Portal.
First time use.
Access to the Tosi Service Portal is created for a designated Admin user for each organization. You can to request admin access for your Organization by sending a ticket to support@tosi.net.
If you have received an invitation by email giving you access to the Tosi Service Portal.
To login in navigate to Tosi Service Portal and click LOGIN. The username for your account your email address, to create a password for your account choose “Forgot password?” and follow the instructions to set the password for your account.
Adding users and administrators to your organization.
Only organization administrators are able to add new users to your organization, enabling access to the Tosi Service Portal.
Users are added by creating New contacts under the User Management section, to define a user as administrator the "Is admin" box is checked giving the user full administrator access to the Tosi Service Portal.
Tosi recommends that an organization has two or more admin users for their organization.
Users are able to review the subscription contracts for their organization, submit trackable support tickets and and access the Tosi Knowledge base including the partner marketing materials.
All admin users are able to add new users to the Tosi Service Portal, create new orders and review previous orders made from the Tosi Service Portal.
Creating a new order.
To create a new perpetual order select Create order under the Orders section and filling in the Order Request Form.
The shipping address and Invoice details are saved from your first order. Your order is confirmed by Tosi Order management team with information on estimated delivery time for your order. Order tracking functionality is under development.
Creating and tracking Support Tickets.
Tickets are submitted by selecting Submit a ticket from the front page of the portal or under the Support section on the menu bar. Ticket can be viewed and tracked from the My Tickets section on the menu bar.
